Witnessing Taiwan’s Semiconductor Power: Kyushu University Doctoral Student Conducts Advanced Technology Research at NYCU
九州大學正在深化與國立陽明交通大學（陽明交大）的合作。作為該計劃的一部分，九州大學的一名博士生從六月中旬開始在陽明交大度過了兩個半月的時間進行研究。這位同學觀察到了台灣在半導體產業的研發和人才培育方面的實力。
Kyushu University is deepening its collaboration with National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), a leader in semiconductor research in Taiwan. As part of this initiative, a doctoral student from Kyushu University spent two and a half months at NYCU, starting in mid-June, to conduct research. This student observed the strength of Taiwan’s research and development and talent cultivation in the semiconductor industry.

在台灣近兩年各大產業積極發展AI趨勢下，根據國立陽明交通大學（陽明交大）生物醫學工程學系（醫工系）系主任劉澤英觀察，醫工系學生畢業後有往電子業工作的現象。為了留住醫工背景人才避免生技、醫療器材市場萎縮，陽明交大醫工系分別從產學合作、校友連結出發，替學生累積專業知識與產業人脈。
In light of Taiwan’s growing AI development across various industries, Professor Tse-Ying Liu, Chairman of the Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME) at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), has noticed a trend where BME graduates are moving into the electronics industry. To retain talent with a biomedical background and prevent shrinkage in the biotech and medical device markets, the department reinforces its industry-academia collaboration and alumni connections, helping students build professional knowledge and industry networks.

國立陽明交通大學（陽明交大）正式推出雙語Podcast頻道——「NYCU NEXUS 第三空間」，這一創新平台旨在推動國際化、多元觀點與學生自主精神，讓教育、科技與文化交織融合，為國內外聽眾打造多語言、多視角的知識分享空間。透過四個核心軸線——專家分析、大眾觀點、資訊、娛樂——精心策劃的節目內容，頻道為聽眾提供深入且廣泛的知識體驗，第一集內容已於9月17日上架。
National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) has officially launched a bilingual podcast channel, “NYCU NEXUS,” an innovative platform to promote internationalization, diverse perspectives, and student autonomy. This channel weaves education, technology, and culture, creating a multilingual, multi-perspective knowledge-sharing space for local and global audiences. The carefully curated programs follow four key themes—expert analysis, public perspectives, information, and entertainment—offering listeners a deep and wide-ranging knowledge experience. The first episode was released on September 17.
